Reservations & Details

Reservations will be confirmed with first night deposit. Extended stays require a 50% deposit. Because we are located on a small, remote island, cancellations greatly affect our business. Therefore refunds will be made, minus a 20% cancellation fee, for cancellations received at least 14 days prior to reservation date. For deposit refunds within the 14 days before arrival, we need to re-rent the room. No refunds will be made on arrival day cancellations. Payment may be made with personal or business checks, American Express, Visa or Master Card.

Check in between 2:00 and 8:00 PM. Special arrangements must be made for late arrivals. Check out is PROMPTLY at 11:00 am.  

Directions

As you drive off the ferry, turn left. After approximately 2.6 miles, turn left on the paved road (the first paved road past the Orcas Ferry Landing). Go an additional 5.5 miles, through West Sound, until you see the sign for The Deer Harbor Inn on the left. Check in at the office in the yellow building and enjoy your stay!

Transportation

We off complementary transportation for dinner guests from their yacht or those flying into Deer Harbor via Kenmore Air. Ride in our vintage 1969 Cadillac from water to the Restaurant and Inn.
