Reservations will be confirmed with first night deposit.
Extended stays require a 50% deposit. Because we are located on
a small, remote island, cancellations greatly affect our
business. Therefore refunds will be made -minus a 20%
cancellation fee for cancellations received at least 14 days prior to
reservation date. No refunds will be made on arrival day
cancellations. Payment may be made with personal or business
checks, American Express, Visa or Master Card.
Check
in between 2:00 and 8:00 PM. Special arrangements must be made
for late arrivals. Check out is PROMPTLY at 11:00 am. |
