Deer Harbor Policies

Please take a moment to review our policies prior to making a reservation with Deer Harbor Inn. These rules and regulations ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests and have been designed with your safety and convenience in mind. Deer Harbor Inn is an intimate property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. 

Reservations

Reservations will be confirmed with first night deposit. Extended stays require a 50% deposit.F. No refunds will be made on arrival day cancellations.  Refunds will be made when cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled with in the 14 days  prior to arrival we need to re rent the room in order to gave a refund minus a 40.00 rebooking fee.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events. No refunds with in  the 30 days

Directions

As you drive off the ferry, turn left. After approximately 2.6 miles, turn left on Deer Harbor Road [the first paved road past the Orcas Ferry Landing). Go an additional 4.5 miles, through West Sound, until you see the sign for The Deer Harbor Inn on the left. Check in at the office in the yellow building and enjoy your stay!

Check-out

11:00 AM. Late check out may be possible with an additional fee.

Smoking

Absolutely NO Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. 

Pets

Pets are welcome in the private cottages only with prior arrangement with the innkeeper. There is a $50.00 per pet per stay fee

Kids

Children under eight years old are welcome in the private cottages but not in the lodge.There is a $20.00 per person charge for more than two guests.

The Deer Harbor Inn will never sell or share private guest information with an outside source.
